I think you did a great job with narratology. It also helps that the pictures match (and you plan on matching them even better) to the words that you are speaking.
I think your project is simple, yet definitely meets everything he is looking for. (I'm actually jealous of your simplicity!!!) You have sound/narration, and pictures.. along with a sequence.
I like that is it simple. The poem is simple, so you kept not only the way you did it, but also the pictures clean and simple. If you added text or much else to it, I think it would become too busy and have a completely different feel to it. The overall "theme" so to speak of it right now really comes together because of the lack of extreme details.
I think the only thing I would ADD is the sound of the leaves. That's a GREAT idea. Other than that, don't add anything. If you want to touch it up to make it match up better, I'd definitely say go for it. :) All of the aspects come together nicely right now, though.. so don't add anything. :)
